Before it became Prohibition Vineyard, our estate was known as the Dragonfly Hill Winery, a historic winery with a legacy deeply rooted in the rich winemaking tradition of British Columbia. Established in 1995 the Old Dragonfly Hill Winery played a significant role in shaping the local wine industry, producing exceptional wines that captured the essence of the Vancouver Island wine. 

Today, Prohibition Vineyard proudly continues the legacy of the past Dragonfly Hill Winery, paying homage to its history while embracing a vision of crafting wines that reflect the spirit of the past with a modern twist.
